Does Vehilo sell cars?

No. Vehilo provides buyer advice and research.

Do you perform technical inspections?

No. Technical inspections are handled only by qualified partners if the customer wants that.

Do you arrange financing or insurance?

Not in V1. Those areas stay outside the first offer.

Why 48 hours?

Fast enough for the used-car market, realistic enough for careful research and quality.

Can I cancel or withdraw?

Yes. Consumers are informed separately about their withdrawal right. Before substantive work starts, Vehilo's goodwill policy refunds in full. If you request fast start, withdrawing after work has started may require value compensation for work already performed.

What if the listing disappears?

If the listing disappears or is clearly unsuitable before substantive work starts, you can choose a full refund or one free switch to another suitable listing.

What if information is missing?

The delivery clock pauses until the missing information is available. If an order remains unworkable for seven days, we actively agree whether you prefer a refund, switch, or later continuation.
